NEW YORK, June 9 (Reuters) – U.S. Treasuries rose modestly without interrupti~ Wednesday, erasing earlier losses, as the stock market turned negative in tardily trading, renewing some safety bids for government bonds.

Benchmark 10-year notes were latest up 3/32 in price at 102-23/32 after recording a session low of 102-5/32.

Their yield, which moves inversely to estimation, was 3.18 percent, retreating from an earlier high of 3.24 percent. The 10-year yield ended at 3.19 percent sometime on Tuesday.
