* Artecity says raised more than $2.7 million for debtor-in-occupation
construction financing
* Artecity says remain committed to completing north and ~erly towers project,
closing 93 condominium units still under contract
* Artecity says requested the insolvency court to approve new construction loan
* Artecity says north and southward towers are more than 95 percent complete, they
will be proficient in four months
